Be careful, a favor can cost you! Friends and neighbor are untrained, uninsured, and have no contractual responsibilities to you or your home. We make your home our utmost priority. This isn’t a side gig for us. We are trained, experienced, insured, and bonded professionals who will make your home our top priority. We have structured plans for the most common home hazard situations plus emergency procedure.
We would recommend checking your homeowner’s insurance policy. They may require it necessary as a condition of coverage. IT is the homeowner’s responsibility to adhere to frequency of visits mandated by carrier. Each property inspection includes our inclusive 75-point interior and exterior report plus accompanying images. Our most popular are weekly, biweekly (every 2 weeks), and tri-weekly (every 3 weeks) home visit inspections.
Every situation is unique. Our House Management Team is equipped to handle common home issues, emergencies, and upcoming storms per company procedures. We will always be in direct communications with the homeowner or designated person(s) and qualified service providers. Prior to services, your House Manager will complete paperwork on all your preferred service companies, emergency contact #s, etc.
It is BEST practice the water is OFF when house is unoccupied. The homeowner should turn the water off when they leave, whether it is for season, short vacation, or overnight. Turn it off, at the home’s water main valve, very slowly and gingerly.
The humidity should be maintained below 50%. Mold can start to grow as little as 72 hours when humidity is high and there are other conditions conducive to mold growth. For example, if you live your home in May and your AC breaks, it is almost certain your home will be destroyed by mold.
